THE QUALITY PROCESS
At 4-M Precision Stamping, Inc. we define quality as every aspect of our customers requirements. For us quality begins with our computer generated process routers (an active, ongoing database for each part). This document details both the step by step manufacturing process and quality inspection criteria necessary to meet the defined Critical to Function requirements.
- Quality begins with the competitive quote.
Our goal is to produce an exact product for an exact cost.
- Quality is built into the design by working with the customer to identify Critical to Function dimensions.
- Documentation begins at tool development.
- SPC charting and capability studies performed on applicable processes.
